Additionally, we have designed both municipal and private water supply wells and distribution systems. Water System Design & Engineering
Weber, Hayes, and Associates provide conceptual and detailed engineering and design services for groundwater-based and water system consolidation projects. From feasibility analysis through final CAD plans and specifications, we take water system projects from start to finish. We are experienced in providing technical assistance to project teams receiving funding though California State Water Board grants, and routinely navigate the grant administration, stakeholder collaboration, and design processes to promote effective project development at every stage. In addition to drinking water and irrigation system design and engineering, we offer wastewater design and engineering services, and field support to implement our projects. Our ability to navigate the State grant funded process allows us to foresee project hurdles and opportunities, and streamline project implementation.

We work with water systems of various scales, supporting community water systems (CWS), transient non-community (TNC) water systems, and non-transient non-community (NTNC) water systems. Additionally, we have designed both municipal and private water supply wells and distribution systems.
