As a Staff Engineer, Ms. Ciervo supports potable water, wastewater, and environmental remediation design, engineering, and field investigations. She utilizes AutoCAD in the design of water systems. She also assists in managing our small water system operations and maintenance portfolio. Ruby also prepares and reviews technical, environmental, and regulatory documents. Additional expertise includes green infrastructure design and implementation.
