As a Senior Geologist, Mr. Chaney is responsible for designing, directing and managing a wide range of environmental site assessment and remediation projects for public, private, and non-profit clients. With over two decades of experience as an environmental consultant, Mr. Chaney has successfully navigated the cleanup and regulatory closure of numerous contaminated site cases throughout the California Central Coast and San Francisco Bay Area regions. Mr. Chaney is also responsible for designing hydrogeologic investigations and monitoring programs as it relates to groundwater sourced drinking water supply and sustainable aquifer management.

Vice President, Principal Geologist

As the Principal Geologist, Mr. Hoban has conducted hundreds of environmental assessments of properties located throughout the California Central Coast and San Francisco Bay Area regions. His current responsibilities include the management and implementation of contaminant delineation studies; hydrologic assessments, remedial action and property transfer assessments. He has worked closely with local, State and Federal regulatory agency personnel while conducting agency-required investigations.

As the Principal Civil and Environmental Engineer, Mr. Drizin directs the Engineering Group which designs and engineers drinking water supply and treatment systems. He also directs engineered environmental cleanups.

Senior Engineer

Mr. Mixan designs and engineers potable water system infrastructure projects, including water supply, treatment, and distribution systems. Associated work includes in-depth knowledge of water supply feasibility studies, regulatory permitting, and State funding mechanisms.

Project Engineer

Mr. Peterson designs and engineers solutions to water supply issues including water sourcing, treatment, and distribution for small and large water systems. He manages water-related field activities including well construction, well destruction, and well source capacity tests and leads design development with AutoCAD.
Robyn Chaconas, EIT

Project Engineer

Mx. Chaconas collaborates with regulatory agencies and community stakeholders across California to connect financial and technical resources for the development of clean water systems. They design and engineer community scale drinking water, remediation and stormwater management systems, and conduct stakeholder engagement, field investigations, and feasibility analyses in service of ecological regeneration, environmental justice, and community stewardship.

Project Geologist

As a Project Geologist, Mr. Fellenbaum manages and leads a wide range of environmental site assessment and remediation investigations involving the characterization of chemical impacts to groundwater, soil, soil vapor and indoor air. Mr. Fellenbaum has led numerous field investigations within the California Central Coast and San Francisco Bay Area regions, including implementation of large-scale environmental site management plans, vapor intrusion mitigation system installation and operation, UST closures and remedial excavations.

Project Scientist

Mr. Hucks designs and implements drinking water and environmental clean-up projects from start to finish. He listens to clients and provides a technical pathway toward achieving case closure and long-term project goals. He is well versed in environmental site assessments, remediation, drinking water design, and stormwater management. Harrison stays up-to-date with State and local funding programs, connecting projects to grant funding sources whenever possible.

Staff Engineer

Ms. Ciervo supports potable water, wastewater, and environmental remediation design, engineering, and field investigations. She utilizes AutoCAD in the design of water systems. She also assists in managing our small water systems operations and maintenance portfolio. She holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of California Los Angeles.
Max Maier

As a Staff Geologist, Mr. Maier helps manage and conduct a wide range of environmental field investigations involving the characterization of chemical impacts to groundwater, soil, soil vapor and indoor air. He is primarily involved in the coordination and completion of field mobilizations for environmental site assessments, remediation and monitoring programs. Mr. Maier also helps manage industrial site stormwater and construction stormwater pollution prevention compliance projects for a range of clients in accordance with current California stormwater regulations.

As an IT Specialist / Staff Scientist with over 15 years of IT experience, Mr. Ersoy is responsible for managing the firm’s information technology infrastructure and plays an integral role in field and computer-based support for a wide range of the firm’s environmental site assessment and remediation projects. Mr. Ersoy’s primary responsibilities also include conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for a variety of clients throughout the California Central Coast and San Francisco Bay Area regions.

As a Water Systems Specialist and certified Distribution (D1) Operator, Mr. Dyer oversees, consults, and conducts day-to-day operations, maintenance, and regulatory required compliance sampling for dozens of community drinking water systems for a range of clients throughout the California California Central Coast and San Francisco Bay Area regions. With over a decade of experience working in the water well and drinking water system construction industry, Mr. Dyer remains in tune with the ever-evolving regulatory needs of our client’s drinking water systems.

Ms. Garcia manages all phases of corporate accounting including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, business insurance, purchasing, ESOP administration, and financial planning. She also performs the responsibilities of Human Resources Benefits Administrator and Office Manager. Ms. Garcia has previously served roles at the City of Watsonville Community Development Department, County of Santa Cruz and as CFO of a local Concrete Construction Company.

As the administrative assistant, Ms. Govea is the friendly face at the front office, providing excellent customer service to our clients.  Ms. Govea provides bookkeeping support, including AP, AR, and purchasing. She also assists our field staff with coordinating sampling and laboratory analysis.
