Mr. Hucks designs and implements drinking water and environmental clean-up projects from start to finish. He listens to clients and provides a technical pathway toward achieving case closure and long-term project goals. He is well versed in environmental site assessments, remediation, drinking water design, and stormwater management. Harrison stays up-to-date with State and local funding programs, connecting projects to grant funding sources whenever possible.
Ruby Ciervo, EIT
Staff Engineer
Ms. Ciervo supports potable water, wastewater, and environmental remediation design, engineering, and field investigations. She utilizes AutoCAD in the design of water systems. She also assists in managing our small water systems operations and maintenance portfolio. She holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of California Los Angeles.

IT Administrator / Staff Scientist
As an IT Specialist / Staff Scientist with over 15 years of IT experience, Mr. Ersoy is responsible for managing the firm’s information technology infrastructure and plays an integral role in field and computer-based support for a wide range of the firm’s environmental site assessment and remediation projects. Mr. Ersoy’s primary responsibilities also include conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for a variety of clients throughout the California Central Coast and San Francisco Bay Area regions.
Rory Dyer
Water Systems Specialist
As a Water Systems Specialist and certified Distribution (D1) Operator, Mr. Dyer oversees, consults, and conducts day-to-day operations, maintenance, and regulatory required compliance sampling for dozens of community drinking water systems for a range of clients throughout the California California Central Coast and San Francisco Bay Area regions. With over a decade of experience working in the water well and drinking water system construction industry, Mr. Dyer remains in tune with the ever-evolving regulatory needs of our client’s drinking water systems.
Laura Garcia
CFO
Ms. Garcia manages all phases of corporate accounting including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, business insurance, purchasing, ESOP administration, and financial planning. She also performs the responsibilities of Human Resources Benefits Administrator and Office Manager. Ms. Garcia has previously served roles at the City of Watsonville Community Development Department, County of Santa Cruz and as CFO of a local Concrete Construction Company.
