REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Mr. Mixan provides design, engineering, and technical reporting for potable water, wastewater, and environmental remediation systems within the California Central Coast and San Francisco Bay Area regions. He is a lead water system designer and a primary engineering report author. Shawn also co-manages our small water system operations and maintenance portfolio. Additional expertise includes: (1) compost facility design & regulatory compliance; (2) site investigations, characterizations, and remedial design for contaminated sites (such as gas stations and former chemical production plants).

Loma Prieta Elementary School, Los Gatos, CA | DWSRF water source development project:

Provided engineering design, permit management, and led field activities for the installation of two new drinking water supply test wells.

Bitterwater Tully Elementary School, San Benito County, CA | DWSRF surface water treatment project:

Provided engineering design, technical writing, and general support.
