As the Principal Geologist, Mr. Hoban has conducted hundreds of environmental assessments and of properties located throughout the California Central Coast and San Francisco Bay Area regions. Current responsibilities include the management and implementation of contaminant delineation studies; hydrogeologic assessments, remedial actions, and property transfer evaluations. He has worked closely with local, State and Federal regulatory agency personnel while conducting agency-required investigations.
Mr. Hoban has been field manager for several large, multi-phase, excavation and drilling programs, successfully managing multiple subcontractors and staff geologists. He is familiar with all types of drilling methods (air, mud rotary, and down hole hammer, hollow stem auger), and is the Quality Control Officer for sampling and drilling field methods protocol for Weber, Hayes and Associates.
